Apple Kale Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients & Steps
- 1–2 cups kale, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 green apple, chopped
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- pinch black pepper
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (optional)
- Blend all ingredients together in blender
Cherry Almond Smoothie

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- ½ banana
- 1–2 cups spinach
- 1 teaspoon chai or hemp hearts
- Blend all ingredients together in blender
Chocolate Mint Smoothie

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon nut butter (almond, cashew)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 drop peppermint oil
- Blend all ingredients together in blender
Tahini Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients & Steps
- 1 cup water (or almond milk or
- coconut milk)
- 2 cups greens (romaine, red/green leaf,
- chard, beet greens)
- ½ banana (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup frozen fruit (mango, strawberry, blueberry)
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds (or tahini butter)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (optional)
- Blend all ingredients together in blender
Power Trail Mix
Ingredients & Steps
- 2 cups almonds
- 2 cups walnuts
- 2 cups pecans
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- Mix all ingredients together and put them in a container.
